A staging partner built for the listings you stake your reputation on.
We work on a short list of listings each quarter, alongside a small group of agents whose standards match our own. When you call, we pick up.
The agents we work with most closely do not send us every listing. They send us the ones where the property, the price, and the buyer all deserve a particular kind of care — and where a mis-staged house would be a genuine loss.
We can move quickly when we need to. Our average lead time from call to install is eight to twelve days; on two occasions last year, we have done it in five. What we will not do is stretch our team thin enough to compromise the work. If we are not the right fit for a given listing, we will say so on the first call.
The engagement
01 — Collaboration
We communicate directly with you, your stylist, and your photographer. You stay the point of contact with your seller.
02 — Lead time
Eight to twelve days, typically. Tighter on request, when our calendar permits.
03 — Commercials
Flat-fee engagements priced per project. No referral fees, in either direction — our loyalty is to the work.
