Before you write
A few honest answers.
- How long does an engagement take?
- Staging typically runs four to six weeks from walkthrough to listing day. Interior design runs nine to eighteen months from first visit to the last piece placed. We can move faster when required; we cannot move so fast that the work suffers.
- What does a project cost?
- Staging engagements are flat-fee and scoped to the property — most projects fall between the high five and low six figures. Interior design is a fixed design fee with procurement at cost. We will name a number on the first call, in writing, before you commit.
- Do you work outside Southern California?
- Primary coverage is San Diego, Orange County, and select Los Angeles submarkets. We travel for private design clients by referral, on a case-by-case basis.
- What do you need from me to start?
- A walkthrough — in person, or a thorough video tour if the property is unoccupied. We form a view of the work within one visit, and will tell you candidly whether we are the right studio for the project.
