Edit House is a practice of staging and interior design based in Southern California. We work by referral with a small number of private clients and listings each quarter, editing rooms the way a writer edits a manuscript: keeping what belongs, removing what distracts, composing what remains. The work is architectural before it is decorative. It attends to proportion, to light, to the quiet between objects. Spaces made this way are easier to live in and easier to sell. That is not a coincidence. It is the outcome of restraint applied with care, to properties that deserve it.
