For Design Clients
A private practice for homes that will be lived in, not toured.
Our design work is quiet, long-form, and by invitation. We take on no more than three or four private clients a year.

A private interior is a very different brief from a stage. A staged house is a photograph; a designed house is a life. We spend more time in the early part of the engagement asking about how you will actually live in the rooms than we do looking at moodboards — because the moodboard is the last thing, and the first thing is the life.
Engagements are structured around a fixed design fee and an open, transparent procurement model. We do not mark up trade; we pass it to you at cost and are paid for our design. That keeps the incentives where they belong.
The engagement
01 — Scope
Full interiors, room-by-room refurbishments, and the quieter category of work we think of as the slow edit.
02 — Timeline
Typically nine to eighteen months from first walkthrough to the last piece placed. We do not rush.
03 — Commercials
Fixed design fee, procurement at cost, a single itemised ledger the client can read any time.
